Turbo Chicken

  • 1 Kilo of Chicken
  • 2 Tablespoon of or margarine
  • 1 kutsara ng Pamintang Buo
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 kutsara ng 5 spice powder
  • 2 kutsara ng Garlic Powder
  • 2 kutsara ground pepper
  • 3 kutsara Knorr Seasoing Original
  • 1 kutsara pamintang buo
  • 3 kutsara ng tubig
  • 1 kutsara ng patis


  • 1 Pandan Leaves


  • Food Injection


Wash the chicken and prepare the chicken for broiling. Put the chicken skin in the faucet to broaden the skin by means of water.

Mix the Knorr seasoning, garlic powder, 5 spice, ground pepper and soy sauce. Inject it on the chicken.

Put some whole pepper in the chicken skin when starting the broiler. Sprinkle some patis on the chicken skin.

For the half part, spread the butter or margarine and let it cook for 20 mins.

Serve hot with rice.
