Chicken Oil

  • 1 Kilo of Chicken Skin
  • 2 Tablespoon of Atsuete
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 Cloves Garlic


  • 1 Knorr Chicken Cubes


  • Wash the chicken skin.
  • Heat over very low heat to extract the chicken oil
  • Add garlic and make it brown
  • Monitor the chicken to become crispy or "chicharon", by this time, you successfully extracted the fats
  • Add the Atsuete seeds
  • Add Salt
  • Monitor the Atsuete not to become black or burn

Remove the Atsuete Seeds and put in chicken oil clear bottle.
