Plain Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Kilo of Chicken
  • Ground Pepper
  • Salt
  • Patis Flavor
  • Margarine

Instructions:

Boil the chicken with salt to cook the meat inside.

Drain and put the Patis Flavor and sprinkle with pepper.

Heat oil and add margarine. Fry the chicken.

Serve hot.
